One-week automation sprints · UK

For dental practices, accountants and small firms

Where does the week actually go?

I spend five days finding out, then build the automations that take the worst of it off your desk. Working software, set up inside your own accounts and running before I leave.

The sprint, start to finish

Five working days

Mon

Kickoff call

30 minutes. You walk me through the job that eats the most time, on screen, as you actually do it.

Tue – Thu I build
Fri

Handover call

30 minutes. We run it together, live, on your real data. You keep everything.

If nothing's running by the Friday, you don't pay.

What you're left holding

  1. 01

A written audit of where the hours go

The three to five places your team is losing the most time to manual, repetitive work. Booking and reminders, intake forms, invoicing, retyping the same details between two systems that don't talk.

  2. 02

One or two automations, built and running

Configured for the tools you already use and set up inside your own accounts, on your own domain. Nothing routes through me, and nothing stops working if we never speak again.

  3. 03

A one-page plan for anything bigger

What I'd do next and roughly what it would cost, if there's more worth doing. No obligation to take it, and I'll tell you if there isn't.

Fixed price, quoted before we start

£697

Founding rate for the first five practices, in exchange for permission to write up what we did. It goes up after that. There is no retainer, no monthly fee, and nothing to cancel.

Who you'd be dealing with

Clearhour is me, Ahmed. I'm in the UK and I take one or two practices at a time, which is why the week is genuinely a week rather than a queue.

The founding rate is low because I'm early and I want the first handful of write-ups more than I want the margin. That's the whole reason for the guarantee too. If I can't get something running for you inside five days, I'd rather find that out at my own expense than yours.
